Help me! problem with new BIOS

Hi,

I just flashed the new BIOS 3029, but I think my XBOX is 1.6 and I put the

wrong one..

now I can't turn on the xbox...

What can I do?? Please HELP !!! :-(

Ps: I am newbie with this kind of stuff.

There is 2 kinds of BIOS to select 3029 and the 302916plus I chose the 3029 ans when I reboot the light is flashing green and red...


Please help me.... :-(

Ps: I am newbie with this kind of stuff.

Boot to the backup BIOS (should be FlashBIOS).
Set switches to whatever bank has the bad flash on it.
Reflash selected bank with correct BIOS.

Thanks for bringing this thread to my attention though. I've been keeping an eye on some of your posts and believe me, if I see any more 'crap' answers from you I'll delete them. By your other replies it's painfully obvious you don't really know what you're talking about. Before trying to help people, you need to read up some more.

First off what you said made no sense...Flash a 1MB dummy file to a bank one...bank 1 = 256KB, and there is no 3026_m16.

y u banning this guy i have been reading a lot of posts from him he even goes on chat to help other people on another site little arguement shouldnt keep people from getting banned i noticed that after the post he made another person comments but he is still around even though he didnt have a feud with you he shark is a good man look at xbit.net and modchipman.com hes always helping others maybe not to what your liking this guy is 48 yrs old and to see him get banned on first try is not right u should have at least given him a warning or probation for week not banned but that is just my 2 cents your the boss!!!
