sounds like you've lifted the tracks. I dont know about this certain application but if it a necessary point you will need to bridge the connection. also if you look on the reverse side there is a point FT1U2 i continuity tested it and i believe it is the exact same point (continuity between points DB1F1 - FT1U2 which are positioned inversely)

Dont know if this helped but a better picture would be preferred. try the continuity test between your DB1F1 - FT1U2 and see what you get you could also try scratching back the solder resist from before and after the point where you think you lifted and testing for continuity if you dont find anything then bridging that connection would fix it simple =D

Cheers, Chris

Hey i found this via google. check your wires are not too thick nor too thin and also have you flashed your nand yet or did you get any issues when flashing.

1 thing to try is switching the coolrunner to programme and slim and trying to turn it on again.

■ After soldering i get 0022 RROD :
★This can happen if the wire from CPY_PLL_BYPASS is too thick or too thin. Try to use another cable.
★You flashed the image with a wrong command via nandpro or you didn't flash the Hack-Image yet."

those two points are just test points and not needed for operation...your 0022 is being caused by some other issue...if you stripped your board of all wires, make sure the cpu_pll_bypass point is not bridged to the cap or the other two points next to it....your cpu could be f'ed too
