got a slim dg16d4s flashed drive uin xbox. When playing backed up games while playing half way through the game the xbox goes back to the dashboard. any suggestions?

ive always been copying my games and never had a problem until now. Same media same burner. Could it be the lens or dcd drive thats giving these problems?
