Right Yesterday I Updated My 360 & Flashed My Liteon Drive After Doing So I Tryed Out A Game To Make Sure It Worked And It Did But After I Left It Off For A Couple Of Hours Iv gone Back To My 360 And Every time I Put In A Backup Or Original Game Or Movie It Keeps Sayin ''Tray Open'' Any Ideas What Has Happened If So Is There Away To Fix It !!!!

Try swapping the laser out of your BenQ into your Lite-On drive.

Tried That Nothing Again

Disconnect the laser ribbon, flash back to stock, flash LT 1.91 firmware and re-connect the laser ribbon. I fixed an open tray error on a Lite-On yesterday, all I did was adjust the screws underneath the chassis because the laser was at too much of a high angle to read discs properly.
