GENERAL HELP!- My j-r programmer will not program cr4 xl

Title says it all but please help i already read my nand and created and wrote ECC and now i need to program the coolrunner!

u don't program cr4 xl its already programmed/go ahead and boot xell get keys and create hack image and write it
