well i got a jtag from this guy and the pads for the jtag wireing are fried is there any points on the bottom of the board i soldier to program the 360 by the way its a xenon board and i do have the cpu key just not the dvd drive :facepalm:

one more think iv got to make a nand file for the xenon and i have know ideal how to rebuild one is there one who could rebuild it for me? iv got the picture on the cpu key?
as or right now the 360 is a brick i have the cpu key i need to rebuild a nand to flash to the chip i orderd the nandflasher today
got the programer today did all the pads did it for like 6hr still cant get the matrix prog to work right 360 is dead
