Help no lights at all

I have just installed my x3 and i get no lights at all on the switch and i get no x3 bios screen it just goes stright in to ms dash, the box still works using the ms dash. Anybody have any ideas.

If it doesn't boot the chip at all, the d0 point isn't causing the X3 BIOS to be used.

open the case and look at the x3 itself there should be two led's lite if not its a bad solder point on the pinheader.
