OK, I think I may have gotten solder between the Pin Header and the motherboard and it may be the source of my problem.

I want to desolder the Pin Header, but I do not have any idea what I need to do or what materials I need. Can someone explain the process and is everything available at Radio Shack? I am gonna go pick up a multimeter and thought I could get it all at one time.

Hey,
Desoldering braid would work best.
You just put a piece on top of the solder you want to remove then heat it with the soldering iron and the braid will absorb the solder.

To anyone Swapping drives heres some info

I have found a way to swap my Benq drive for a samsung drive with jungleflasher.
All you need is your original BENQ firmware loaded in SOURCE, then you do the samsung read, save firmware etc etc, then ERASE IT, then select a new custom firmware for samsung i chose ix151-samsung.bin as my target firmware and i just clicked spoof to target and then back to the drive window and click Write!, and i now have my Samsung drive playing in my 360 which just had a benq drive in it.
Hope this is useful for some of you.
Drive Models are, Samsung TS-H943a
and BenQ VAD6038

you can do this with any drive just load your OFW as source load the CFW for your new drive as target hit spoof then write it, I myself had a 360 that came with a BenQ that I later swapped out for a Lite-On

Hitachi drives are just pains, they are different to flash compared to the other drives, the laser is very weak, and it often need replacing.
