My xbox is flagged for AP25 Challenge because I inserted a copy of AC-B without the LT+.
Never connected to Xboxlive during or after flagged.

I dumped the NAND of my xbox 4 times with the Nand X and all came back Matched.

I ran the NAND through FindSecData and go the following Debug messages:

findsecdata v0.62 2009-12-09 by boby2pc
Controller version 2
Last filetable change: 0x7F
ECC change: 0x7F Filetbl: 0x010D Secdata: 0x010C Timestamp: 33766001 2005-11-22

Checking secdata:

Extracting secdata:

secdata0108.bin
secdata0106.bin
secdata0104.bin
secdata0102.bin

Extracting filetables:
filetable010D.bin
filetable010B.bin
filetable0109.bin
filetable0107.bin
filetable0105.bin
filetable0103.bin

Creating patched secdata:
Patchedsecdata010C.bin
Patchedsecdata010A.bin
Patchedsecdata0108.bin
Patchedsecdata0106.bin
Patchedsecdata0104.bin
Patchedsecdata0102.bin

Creating patched filetables:
Patchedfiletable010DBy010D.bin
Patchedfiletable010DBy010B.bin
Patchedfiletable010DBy0109.bin
Patchedfiletable010DBy0107.bin
Patchedfiletable010DBy0105.bin

Use:

Old secdata.bin not found. Console might be not banned, already patched or secdata.bin overwritten.

Press ENTER

So FindSecData cannot find whats wrong with the NAND. Is there any way to fix the bad blocks in the NAND with HEX editor or any other software?

AFAIK you cannot UNFLAG a NAND dump that has been updated by a New Dashboard version

ex.

1. played ACB backup on 12416 with LT 1.6
2. AP failed on XVAL
3. Updated to 12625
4. previous secdata.bin timestamps has been wiped out
5. dumped the NAND and findsecdata did not find the corrupted timestamps

that's the usual scenario i think

Near Melbourne , Australia
ECC change: 0x7A Filetbl: 0x0103 Secdata: 0x0102 Timestamp: 3EB6ACCF 2011-05-22

look at the date here ..that looks like the last change

not sure if this helps though

think that unflagging is hit and miss, sometimes u can , others you can't ..i couldn't unflag mine,,and others have had the same problem

Any way to manually edit your NAND? Or another software that can unflag AP25 errors? I think FindSecData isn't designed to fix the NAND that doesn't have any information that you'd only get from a ban.
