GENERAL Help Playing games from hdd what do i need

Hi i have my xbox 360 Slim 250gb with a liteon drive.
Good news is a got a replacement pcb and i have made a few copys and my games are working perfect.

Now i would like to get it a bit better. Is it possible to ftp a game from my pc to the xbox harddrive. and play the game from the harddrive without a disk? or can i compress a game onto a normall size dvd not duel layer.

If its possible what programs would i need
