HELP PLEASE Can't Flash

when i turn my box on with X3 enabled the flashbios screen comes up but none of the options are highlighted and I can't go any further. I have the standard switch set with only 1 and 2 on the X3 has 2 blue leds and the red led lit, the switch has blue xecuter logo. I want to flash with X3 3108 bios.

My friend,you have to highlight them.with your controller,and used an officail Xbox controller,see if that works,and your settings are (off off on on on )

Wait wait, for the first bank to be selected on a stock switch the setting is On On Off Off Off.

And IF for for some reason your xbox controller isn't working in Flasbios and you have nothing else plugged in, then use the DVD remote if you have it.

Other than that, on my 1.6 Flashnios was actin very janky, and I just had to keep rebooting until it would give me a shot at flashing.
