Help Please

Installed chip no problem.
Start up xbox get Flash BIOS 3.0.1 screen
Available options are

Enable network flashing
load bios from hdd
Load bios from Disc
Unlock hdd
lock hdd

What do I do?

tried networking directly from my pc to xbox, ethenet cable and port fine as im using it to post this

Dowload bios 3.0.3, put that on cd after unpacking with winrar and wont read the .bin

Read every post and tried what was relevant.

Starts up normally when power button is held in but no xecuter logo.

What am I not doing or doing wrong?

Does this thing do anything?

I am not silly either. Ive desingned web pages, uploaded them with ftp. I built the computer Im using.

K you downloaded bios 303? WRONG FILE
I recomend going to the usual places get bios 1953 and/or 2319 Thats what you need to flash
after the download unpack and rename to bios then make a cdRW or better yet if you can make A dvd+-R/RW when you boot it choose "load bios from cd/dvd" it will pop open the tray put in the disk and close the tray it will do the rest.about 15-30 seconds later it will shut down and upon reboot TADDA you got it hope this helps

OH P.S
when you said you downloaded V3.0.3 it probably did work but keep in mind that all you did was replace the FLASHBIOS V3.0.3 with FLASHBIOS V3.0.3
So go back to (the usual places) and get Xecuter3 bios V1959 or 2913 and if your box is V1.6 then youl want to rename and instal bios 1959_V16plus and 2913_V16plus
you'll know it when you unpack it.

Dude it sounds like you did a good job installing it since you got the flashscreen. Slow down reread the installation tutorial it's all there. Make sure you know your version xbox so you can put the correct bios on the chip. The stickies at the top of this form are also a great source but slow down and read. alot of people mess this part up and it's the easiest.

I'll explain things a little clearer. Flashbios is legal bios and it's main function is to allow you to flash your modchip with hacked (illegal) bios. What you need to do is to obtain xecuter hacked bios v1959 or 2913. Read this for details:http://www.teamxecuter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=23862. Then read this: http://www.teamxecuter.com/flashbios/ to install your hacked bios. If you still have problem, come back and ask for help.

FYI, if you have xbox version 1.6, you need to use flashbios v3.0.1 or else it has issues with v3.0.3. For xboxes versions 1.6b and others beside 1.6, flashbios version 3.0.3 is fine.
