Help please

Alright, i have my X3 installed, now i have to flash it, when i use network http to flash everytime without fail it says Haulting no update found, i have tried 2 dif bios's Switch is on on off off off when i flash.... some reason it always seems flash protected... you guys have any ideas.

Did you turn off flash protect on the chip itself... (that little swith on the side of the chip)
