hey guys i got my coolrunner all installed and everything went great then putting my slim back together i ripped the d pad off the dam cool runner is there another spot that i can solder the D wire to please any help would be great

From what I can see if the trace is in tack on pad D you can jumper from that point and get a connection but we need some pics to see what's you have going on

alright i get pics up in a min but like i said its my fault it booted fine and everything then i went to hook it up after lifing that pad and the slim just turns red so i going to take it apart and i get a pic for you
alright after taking it apart i see that putting the slim in the case i cut the Blue wire in half some how anyways i got that all fixed up and now its booting fine but the d pad is almost falling off but the consloe boots fine and everything do you think i should just leave it or should i go ahead and re solder it to a different point if there is one. here a link to the pic http://i1224.photobucket.com/albums/ee363/richaj06/1323151074989.jpg

Ok you are hanging by a thread, that D pad is going to break off, this is against my rules but make sure that pad is in place and use some hot glue on it to hold it there, don't try and solder it, it may fall apart, Just the hot glue on it and a bit around it so it won't move. Also you need to work on your soldering, pads will lift if they have gotten to hot it breaks them loose from the board and keep all your wires going the same way, not crossing over each other and keep the exposed part of your short like .2 cm as it heats up it will end up longer as the heat will melt it back a bit. So how did you cut the Blue wire?

i really dont know i took the board back out and the wire was in 2 so how glue you say and why does it matter about crossing over each other. (i am not tring to be a d**k i am asking to learn something.)
