GENERAL (HELP)Reflashing with XELL & Flash360 Fail=Xmas lights

This amazing and im sure there is a answer out there...

easiest way to explain this would be like so... I have 4 falcons all fully jtagged!xell,freeboot, the whole nine yards.

My Problem... I am flashing them using either XELL, or flash360.My reason for flashing them is becuase they all have bad drives and i replaced those drives,now I am wanting to replace the keys in the nand to match the drives.

Using... 360 flash tool v 95, a formatted FAT32 USB , Keeping current kv config.


I have done a simple Q/A

aud_clamp & dvd tray wiring cause this? idk.
Ut61 efuse protection?no same results bridged or not.
am I using the correct image? Yes,absolutely
Can Tx Forums help? Lets find out , lol...

why not just spoff the drives? so much easier.
but if you want to replace the dvd key in ur nand
just use jtag tool.

1. Use the latest version of 360 Flash Tool i.e. v0.95

2. If you flash an image with something done to the KV or DVD Key using Flash360, you'll get RROD.

3. If you have these Xbox360s Jtagged, then why do you need to put the DVD Key in the NAND? FreeBOOT doesn't check if the DVD Drive has the same DVD Key as in the NAND, and will work with any DVD Drive whether it has a matching DVD Key or not.

If I am wrong but i doubt it.. you must have a matching dvd key. Why is that i cant edit my nand and reflash ? I have done this with xenons hundreds of times with no issues but all 4 of my falcons give me xmas lights flashing green and red up and down ? It also would be good to know becuase eventually i may have to unban them with a Kv

I was thinking the same thing don't know about that one the drive will work if you use the dvd key from the nand all right i have two falcons here i put in two drives but had to use the dvd keys from the nand other wise no dice or am i reading it wrong lol.

The key vault is hashed to the cpu on anything other than xenons with a later dash, there is a work around for it. But I can't remember if it's just for jaspers atm.

Use fbBuild v0.12 if you build an image with this....

just been reading the info on the fbBuild v0.12 and it quotes

"Note:
KV hash has been removed.
KV swapping is possible but what's the point using it for LIVE it won't work."
