Help Samsung ms25 "open tray" error

I just installed Xeno Top Gear on my Xbox 360. I havn't yet upgraded the firmware.. but i wanted to make sure that i installed Xeno correctly.. so i turned on the xbox 360 and tried to put in Madden 08. The screen said "reading" for 7-10 seconds.. then said "Open Tray". It's as if the Xbox doesn't know a disc is in the console.

Now my question is ... if i upgrade the firmware.. will this error go away? And if that doesn't work.. what can I do?

Any help would be appreciated.

take the thing off.then see what happens.if you have not flashed the firmware it should boot up like nothing has changed.if it is doing anything odd take it off.

cofree im an idiot lol.. unless other people don't know this.. i didn't change the switch from PC to 360.. lol no more open tray error.
