HELP! Set video to pal now screen flickers

I set the video mode to PAL now my tv flickers and I cant view the menus to switch back to NTSC, please help.. .Does anyone have the menus memorized ... HOw do i fix this ? Thanks

Update Error - Locks up my 360

I just hacked an older xbox with the 1.61 firmware for the ms25. When I put in my "backup" of Fear 2 the console prompted me to update or else I couldnt play the game so I pressed update. The system restarted and now is telling me it doesnt have the update disc or something to that effect. Now I cant even get passed this to the dashboard. Any ideas?

Was it a system update or game title update?
If it's a system update put the disc back in (fear 2) then boot the console.
If it's a title update, you can download them freely from the internet, just get all the title update for FEAR 2 and drop them into the cache folder of HDD1 (internal hdd)
