Hello. I recently did the rgh to flash my 1175 liteon drive. I then read the stock nand back to the system and I flashed the replacement ltu2 pcb just fine. The system was coming on and off fine as I was testing backup games to see if they were working. When I installed Advanced Warfare Disc 1 to my hdd, it asked for content pack 2, and I clicked install and it was installing but disc 1 was still in the drive. So after installing content pack 2, it said insert disc 1 to play campaign. But disc 1 was in the console already. So I just let it set for about an hour and when I returned the screen said console will be soon shutting down. So I went to try to turn it off with the controller which it did not respond to, the system beeped once and shut down never to turn on as of yet. The RF board wasn't even hooked up when it made the beep once. I've tried 3 different adapters, I've checked all the USB ports, I've removed the hdd, all with no luck. I've read that a lot of people are having this issue. Could it be something I did when I rgh'ed my system and now it's finally rearing its ugly head or is it just a coincidence that this common problem I've read about has happened to me. Please Help!!!! As this is not my system, I was modifying the drive to play backups for a customer. He did buy the console from a pawn shop and I think but not sure, it was a refurbed unit because a white sticker was removed from the side. Could it have been a problem that was gonna happen eventually. What do you think!!!! Thanks for the help in advance!!! And I am an above average solderer, so I doubt I messed that up because everything worked fine until I let it run for that hour.

System is Corona v2. CR4XL used to glitch. 4gb read/write adapter to read and write nand. 16d5s 1175 drive. ltu2 replacement pcb.
The CR4XL was removed and the nand was written back to stock.Tested system it worked fine. Next installed ltu2 pcb and flashed fine. Tested some games and the system was working fine still. The first post explains the rest.

Your RGH install looks ok to me . If your intentions are to make that console permanent RGH
Then you could install the chip again and do some testing
Most of the time for me when the slim wont respond to the controller It is XGPU related
and if a console just beeps when trying to start it is power related 3 or 5 volt stand by
Normally I never run the console with no RF . If you can get the console to repeat that scenario wile RGH
then start removing the 5 volt then the ground does it attempt to start ? green center light on RF panel
Also when the console just beeps have you lost the 5 volt to the USB hubs A wired controller should get a momentary light pulse
when plugging in to the console when its off .Also during testing remove the white FFC flat cable

I am guilty of not testing a XBOX out enough before doing RGH
I only RGH'ed my console to get the cpu and dvd key to flash my drive. I left the qsb's installed because I didn't want to risk pulling any pads off the mobo. When I plug in a wired controller, I get no light pulse at all. The light on the power brick stays orange. When I try use the RF board I get a beep for both power and eject, but that's all. Do you think if I take heat sink off and apply new thermal compound again will it work, in case I got a bubble when installing the heat sink and fan. I should have tested it beforehand.
Did you experience any trouble when reading or writing the retail nand back to the console
I have had trouble with 4 gig nands suffering corruption one of the common problems is you can read but not write to the nand
or the console will constantly need to download the Avatar portion of the update

I have seen this when the nand has been corrupted, or when the xcgpu goes, due to overheating, but even then the console should still power on, then RROD, so I would start with the nand, and try reflashing it. 
keep the backup of the nand image you have now, and dump the nand again. I am betting it got corrupted some how.

The only problem I had in reading and writing the nand was writing ecc and creating c/r bin file, which was due to lack of knowledge.

The only problem I had in reading and writing the nand was writing ecc and creating c/r bin file, which was due to lack of knowledge.
Me either, but it would still turn on with the ecc, just wouldnt boot. As I already said, the problem is probably related to nand issue, try writing the stock nand again. then pull the power for 30 seconds for good measure. I do this on all consoles, as it resets the smc, and some times the nand doesnt keep the new write if you dont.
This is where I first wrote the nanddump1 back to console and it failed to create c-r bin file. So I decided to read the nand again and then I wrote the original nanddump1 which I got before rgh'ing my console. I wrote the original nanddump1 which was in a folder called JD WHITE NANDDUMP. I thought I wrote it correctly, but maybe I didn't. I can't read nand at all now.
