I recently purchased XBox360 Pro bundle. I had a little extra cash so I went with the Mega Bundle from Modchip Central. It included pretty much everything and I am just waiting for it to get here. It will probably be here sometime in the middle of this coming week and I'm pretty excited.
I, admittedly, am pretty much a noob to flashing/modding, however I've been refurbishing XBox 360s and PS3s now for a little over 6 months so I at least am fairly tech savvy.
I have seen all the guides/tutorials on the website for using the XBox360 Pro. Which I have to give big thanks to all those responsible for helping to put those guides together. Hopefully, once everything arrives I won't have any trouble flashing a couple drives.
Anyways, before I let myself ramble and turn this into a long thread here is what I need help with. Basically, I just want to know what version of firmware (most updated/recent) I should be using with each perspective drive. I am pretty sure that for the BenQ, Samsung, and Lite-On Phat models it is the iXtreme LT 2.0 firmware which was recently released but I just want to be certain. As for the Hitachi drives I'm not sure which firmware is the latest or most recent that I should be using with them.
It would be awesome if there was maybe a thread or page somewhere that was updated each time to let people know what the most recent firmware is that has been released to use with the perspective drive.
So if someone could please let me know the answer to this I'd hugely appreciate it. I'm sorry if it is somewhere right in front of my face or something but I just can't seem to find any thread here or elsewhere that gives a solid answer. I did search and look for a while but I just haven't been able to find the exact answer.
Oh and before I forget I would like to just give a huge thanks to those responsible for making the XBox360 Pro along with all the other accessories such as the CK3 Pro and what not.
