OK, I've read the tutorial on how to http flash, but, for some reason, i can't. i try to load the 192.168.0.99, but it doens twork. I have an X3 1.1 and its connected to this comp through a crossover cable. What do i do?

No probs - glad you got it sorted.
If you really want to unleash the modded power of the xbox, you really need to get to grips with TCPIP networking. I know you're only 15 (which makes me feel REALLY old!!) but not only would it enable you to utilize more of your console, but also help you possibly in future careers!
There are plenty of 'TCP/IP for dummies' sites around - take a read. The basics aren't all that hard, but worth knowing.
