JTAG HELP,when i turn on jtag, rf board make odd patterns and doesn't boot

diodes are facing the wrong direction

oh yeah it was in the right direction but i changed it to see if i get different results

anything else i need to fix, or does it have to do with something else

Soldering is terrible. You need to cut those wire ends, it could short simething. Diodes legs also needs to be isolated... This console may blow out one time

trust me, i know my soldering is bad
