HELP with 1.6! X3 wont turn on!

I installed my x3 on my 1.6 box and the chip wont turn on...everything is installed and soldered correctly(i think) i follow everything step by step and now when i turn my box on, the chip light doesnt turn on and it loads the ms dash. ive checked my solder points 5 times already and still no power...is there anything else that could be the problem? maybe a bad chip? any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I know your are gonna say damn i did that already but you really need to check those solder points with a magnifying glass as just a bit of solder can throw the box into fragging

i fixed the fragging but the x3 still wont turn on, it just loads straight to the ms dash, ive tried everything i could think of....could it be possible i just have a bad chip or a bad rebuild PCB?? any ideas??

Xenon XBR boots fine, Freeboot dies?

This is a bad week.. ok I have a Xenon console I have about 3 bad blocks, I remapped, installed XBR works fine, I then try to update to freeboot and all the happens is powers on then off and repeats... I even tried flash straight over and still a know go.. I'm have tried both keep KV/config and use the one on updflash in flash 360?

this is new new thing in a Week for me..
