help with 2.6

ok i installed my xecuter 2.6 ce on my v 1.0. when i start up i get the flash bios 3.01 or what ever it says, but i cant move anywear which i understand is a controller issue. my question is, when i do move it, is there anything i will need to download and install in order to use the chip. if so, where can i get it. thanks

check to make sure that the swtich cable is not getting pinched anywhere and both sides are properly attached to both external switch and chip
