Help with JTAG on 256Mb JASPER required please

HI,

I have so far been sucesseful in jtagging 4 console, 2 x falcons, 1 x 16Mb jasper and and Xenon.

However I have managed to get hold of a 256 Mb Exploitable Jasper but am yet to be able to even get it booting XELL, I have the used the alternative SMC configuratio (AUD_clamp and Open_tray) as with all my others. As soon as I flash xell console powers on but no output on screen. I have tried using 16Mb images and 66Mb images both with the same results.

Any ideas help would be apprecaited.

all 3 nand dumps were good all compared with no issues. was around 30 bad blocks but all after 12A0 so not part of the first 66Mb.

give it a day or so ill have new jtag tool ill have aly SMC files for your audclamp and dvd tray wireing... Xell and Freboot..

i have already created the correct smc files for xell, but it still wont work.....any other suggestions? I have done this the same way oas doing the last jasper the only difference being this is BB one, and this was taken into account when i did this.

just did another read after working once again as stock.

I did both, last one I tried though was using my own. Its doing my head in now, I'm really well out of ideas...

right, small update, just changed the wiring to the orginal points DB1f1 and ROL, but has made no difference at all, still powers on with blank screen even after re-flashing with the correct smc vresion of xell

now sorted!

ended up ditching the xecutor QSB , cutting the cables from plugs and using the standard points but on the bottom of the board, recreated xell image and it booted first time and now has freeboot running latest dashboard!
