HELP!!!! with 3029 bios!!!

i bought a xbox modded with x3 and frontal panel ...in the lcd panel in the bios i can read unknow if i activate banks 1-4 or 1-8 and if i select 5-8 appear flash bios 3.03 why? im trining to rename bios bank naming and nothing appear not like tutorials i have read

i think its possible to boot 3029 bios from backup rom?
can anybody answer this question an d explain me that...

other question even its not for this forum ...can i have two differents dashboards (ex:evox and original) and connect to xbox live without banning?if yes how?

wow. Lots of questions for a few paragraph. I assume you have X3CE. X3CE has 2 versions of flashbios installed on 2 different 1mb banks. Banks 1234 contains flashbios 3.0.1 and banks 5678 contains flashbios 3.0.3. Reason for this is to cover all xbox versions. Thus, if you have flashed your X3 bios into banks 1234, then banks 5678 still contain flashbios 3.0.3.

Renaming bios occurs in X3 config live. I have never renamed anything myself so can't tell you much

It's impossible to boot bios 3029 from backup because backup has 256k memory while 3029 requires 1mb space. But learn from the wise, don't flash anything into your backup except for flashbios because you may need it one day as some users have learned.

Can't answer last question b/c I don't play live but I have read people able to play on live despite they have evox or whatever installed on their c partition. As long as you modded your xbox and upgrade as needed prior to getting on live, you will be fine (from what I've read and not from experience)

there is any option in config live to see what bioses are in the chip?i would like see how fee space i have and what bioses have installed.

why the fornt panel dont show the name of the bios?i m gonna post the other question in the apropiate forum

xecuer im a noob and its a second hand xbox so i dont know how the guy do it, im want to investigate about what are inside of it and its options
