Help With a V1.0 X3 Flash Problem I think..lol

Hey guys, I got this chip off a V1.6 Crystal, that works perfect... I put er in my V1.0 and I get no Video, got sound, when i pull it off the pin header, works A1, Chip disabled Works perfect, This is my theory to whats wrong... It was flashed with a V1.6 Bios, would this cause my problem, should I just Flash it again with a V1.0 bios?? I know it sounds dumb but i got no picture to go by with my xbox, so I was thinkin bout puttin it on my V1.6 Black xbox, re flashing it with the right bios and then givin it a shot, but b4 doin all that hassleful work I thought i would ask the pros... yes, you can put it back to your v1.6 xbox, flash it with x3_3294_old.bin and and transfer the chip to v1.0 box.

got er all up n running, didnt stop to think that you couldnt use a 1.6 bios on a 1.0... flashed it up with the right bios working awsome!!!!
