help with a x3 question

can someone plz answer this for me

at the moment i have an xecuter 2.6b lite installed in my xbox using the pinheader can leave this pin header in and fit the x3 on to it or do i have to use a different pin header for the x3

any help would be great

can someone plz help me.

my m8 has a crystal xbox he wants chipping and b4 i go to chip it i thought id opened it to check which version of xbox it was all i have done is open it and remove the dvd/hd drives to find out but when ive put it back together it comes up with an error 07 message has anyone any ideas wots up with it

yea im prety sure they made it that way so it would be easier to upgrade. but just make sure its a 16 pin pinheader though atleast one pin is removed.

2.6 -> X3 = no solder upgrade - very simple

just found out its a 2.3b lite in there and i want a x3 is it still ok to use the same pinheader or not

can someone help me out

ive got a crystal here waiting to be chipped but it wont boot from the original drive nothings been done to it only opened to check which version it was but now its all back together it comes up error 07 and wont boot so wot im wandering is if i chip it as it is can i still flash the bios and also if i put a new 40gb hd in can i set it all up so that it works :idea:

updating to LTV1.1

ok all i try to update my 7 serious lite-on drive i have the original key i try to spoof my key into the LT1.1 version now when i went to erase i forgot to unistall my via drivers it froze on me now my drive is locked how can i unlock it i have my ck3 pro hook up to it it wont open

keep the drive powered off now send divice intro wait for dots to appear on screen then power the drive on it should now be seen so you can flash the fw to it

have the drive power ed of with the ck3 press intro and when it ask you if you want to resend press yes then when you see the dots going across the screen power it back on
