First off M*T**X products are not supported here second the MTX spi nand flasher v1.0 is not compatible for programming the coolrunner however I will help you a little and send you here it is a guide that may help you or may not I don't know because I have never tried it but you can if you like. Good luck..

That would suck to get so close to finishing one just to be stopped by something as simple as flashing the coolrunner.
Both of those guys are at the top of the game but really for the amount of the shipping costs both ways you could probably get a cr4xl for about the same amount or another glitch chip that is preprogrammed. There are plenty of people with stock of cr4, slim protos, or cr3 pro on these forums that would likely sell you one at a fair price. And since you went the cheap route on buying a spi programmer I'm assuming you did the same for the coolrunner so its highly likely that you were sold a clone/fake/knock-off of the coolrunner rev.c anyways.
Either way you could stick with the clone and get a jr programmer or a nand-x to program the cr rev.c or you could buy a new cr4 and just solder it in and its done. Or maybe you will get lucky and figure out how to program the cr with what you have already.
