Help with corona v1 and coolrunner.

Hi,

I recently had to take my coolrunner chip out of my xbox phat because it rrod'd on me. I have bought a slim corona v1 and wondered if I am able to put my coolrunner in this xbox, some places show you can some show you cant.

Is there any chance I could be helped please, I would like to know if I can put this coolrunner revC chip in a slim corona v1 xbox and what other parts I would need.

you can but youll need some sort of crystal oscillator, you can get one with the corona qsb, or buy one and wire it yourself.

where are you located. I have a (new unopened package) corona qsb upgrade if you want it, it can be send in small envelope. If you want some more info on installing it to a corona v1, I made a thread about it: http://team-xecuter.com/forums/show...C-qsb-upgrade-install-settings-(good-results)
