Help with custom Jewel

Ok so i have an idea for a Jewel and was wondering if someone can help me out. I would like a Blue background with white accents, so here is a PS design thingy. I want the XBOX and Tuning forks in White and the background blue for one and the other black background anf red accents, any ideas?
