Help with DVD Key (Phat Xbox)

Hello,

I am new here so I apologize for what is probably a newbie questions but I currently have a Phat xbox 360 and the DVD drive has gone bad. It is a Philips Lite-on drive. I bought a new BenQ dvd drive

I can't seem to find any tutorials to show me how to get my old dvd key from the Philips and put it on the BenQ. (Is it even possible?) at Video tutorial would be awesome or a well written tutorial. I keep finding tutorials to Flash my dvd with ixtreme but I'm not wanting to do that. I just want my xbox to read my new dvd drive.

Does this make sense? Any help is very much appreciated.
