Help With Flash Bios, sometimes working sometimes not...

Im running a modded xbox X3 CE and a 300GB HD (XBMC, Avalaunch,exc). Everything was working fine for awhile and recently Ive been having issues. I keep coming up on a blue screen with the Flash bios info included below. Some times it will work get to the dash and lock on loading a game , sometimes it wont even make it to dash and shows the below info or just freezes....



Flash Bios 3.0.3
ATA 48-bit LBA supported
HDD: Samsung HD 300LD WK100-12 300.68GB
DVDL SAMSUNG DVD-ROM SDG-60SF



enable network flashing - error#1
load bios from hdd (c:\bios) - error#2
load bios from disk -
unlock hdd
lock hdd


ERROR 1

bad ability - falling back to 10HD.
no link during initilization.
TCP/IT initilzed
DHCP FAILED - Falling back to 192.168.0.99

ERROR 2
no c:\bios found


I have not altered the little switches on the front of the xbox , since i read some issues with those....

Ive read a bit through google but not 100% sure what solution to try and dont want to end up going through another xbox, plus i think my son would kill me
plus most seem to focus on 1st time installs and not chips that have already been flashed and periodicallyu work...


Any feedback on what the most likely cause and safest solution would be, would be great!

No it is not solderless , and was professionally installed :\

.....

Would you reflash the exact same way as the original flash? I wasnt seeing anything to indicate a difference between a flash and reflashing of the chip.
