Help with flashing

Hey thanks in advance for any help

I have a X3 with front panel installed on a v1.6b xbox. I have flashed my bios v303 on the chip with the switch setting (on off off off) setting like i was told in a tutorial. the tutorial tells me that after the XB shuts off automatically i do but it just boots back to the flash bios screen. i tried it with all the switches off and it boots to a black screen that has nothin on it. i was wondering if i scred up on the bios or if somthing is wrong with my soldering job.

If you managed to boot to flashbios screen then your soldering is fine otherwise it would frag, your switch setting is incorrect that's why you're getting a blank screen.

Set your switch settings to "off on off off off" to boot banks 5678 which has the flashbios 3.03... before flashing set your switch "on on off off off" then flash with X3_3294_v16plus and not with a v3.03, this will preserve your banks 5678 which contains the flashbios you'll need if anything goes wrong with your flashing.
