Help with not turning on

Hey if anyone could tell me if they have an idea about what is wrong with my box please help, thx.

the problem is that sometimes, randomly, my xbox will not boot to the chip, it will do a regular boot (red LED) but when trying to do the modchip boot (blue led) it will turn the fan on high for a bit then turn off after a few seconds. If i leave the xbox and come back itll sometimes randomly work again. Also holding down the eject button through the load causes it to boot but in avalaunch it says something about the EEPROM not being accessable.

PS. The eject LED also flashes amber b4 it turns off

anyone think this could be a problem with my x3 chip?

yes i'm having the same problem some times it will detect and boot to the x3 dash and something it would not if someone knows how to fix this please help.

i found out the problem it was the power switch for the xbox u have to tap it softly when turnign it on for some reason when u push the power switch and hold on to it to hard the x3 turns off

thats not the problem, your problem was that you were pressing it to the point of disabling the mod.

my problem is that my xbox randomly wont boot correclty in mod mode but will still boot with mod disabled.

Its either on of 2 things it sounds like. Either you soldering is not good (cold joint, sometimes work, sometimes dont). Or the actual x3 switch is defective. There was a problem with some of the switches having a solder joint too close. But I am leaning with the solder. If you have a multimeter, check it out. There is a tutorial somewhere.
