Help with v1.0 X3 install

Installed X3 in v1.0, when I power up the box, it turns and off three times and FRAGS, I have a red X in panel, and 2 blue leds on the X3, drive light is also on. I can get it to boot to M$, thats it. I have checked and rechecked solder joints, what next Thanks in advance.

Have X3 and v1.0 did the same thing, I solder sucked the pin holes and thought I did a good solder job. I couldn't see anything wrong even with a magnifying glass. See another post where the guy went back and put used desolder braid to clean the area anyway. So I followed suit and when I put it back together it worked! Go figure....
