Help with x3 and such

Alrighty, I just got done installing my xecuter 3 CE mod chip with xapter solderless adapter, and a Xecuter CP w/ LCD. Now I turned on my box and i get service code 16, Now i dont have another hdd this is a 250gb and I am wondering what I have to do to fix this so I can use it!! Help Please.....

Press power and eject at the same time to get flash bios. You need to tell us what version xbox you have so we can tell you how to proceed. The xbox is looking for a dash and your hdd is blank hence error 16. You need to flash a bios to your chip to remedy this. But, you need to know your xbox version first.

v1.4 I believe i was told to use the x3_3294 so i put that on a disc and I put it in the drive and rebooted and nothing happened...

Your xbox does not like your media. Try other brands until you find one it likes.
