Help with XBC 2.8

Hello,

I need some help with xbox backup creator 2.8.

I ordered a pre-flashed SH-D163B from ebay, and I thought it wasn't flashed when it came because the buttons were grayed out on XBC 2.8. This is what it looked like.

So, I flashed it again by myself and im STILL getting the grayed out buttons.

When i try to use schtrom it tells me by drive is compatible but isnt using the correct firmware.

The firmware that im using is SH-D163B_SB01_KREON_V100.

Can somebody help me before i kill myself?

Fixed the issue .

I plugged in the sata to usb adapter i bought today and it works like a charm.

This via 6421 is only good for flashing my xbox i guess

Finally done with this kreon stuff

I was just gona say, plug your ROM drive into your mobo.

I kept getting them errors when it went via my via chipset.

V 2.8 should work fine.
