Ok, well as regular members of this forum will apprecaite, I'm sick of saying this - BUT - here goes AGAIN .... <sigh>

The chip first of all will need TWO blue LED's in order to work. I suggest your 3.3v LED is NOT lit as the front panel is not lit, which brings me to my next point:

The front X must light up in BLUE also to work.

Check the soldering, then check it again and check it some more more before asking more questions. I would also suggest that you use the LPC rebuild PCB as this is a lot easier and fool proof when soldered correctly to the points.

Lastly, on the 1.6 version Xbox, it's possible that your 5v additional connection to the top of the mobo isnt 100% - either way check on the chip to see which LED isnt lit, go back to the tutorials and sort out the relevant solder points.

Yeah, the "2 LED + front panel blue light RULE" should be made into a sticky. In a lot of cases, the LEDs will point you DIRECTLY to the source of the problem. The 3.3V one in particular can possibly narrow the problem down to 2 pins on the pin header. Jonrees69, you should make a flow chart for this !! :)

The D0 is not connected properly. Did you use the LPC rebuild board ? If so, you have to make sure the LPC board is soldered to the D0 point AND the gray wire is soldered to the D0 pad on the LPC board. Make sure the solder gets down AND into that D0 hole. If you did NOT use the LPC rebuild board, check the wire you connected to D0.
