Help xbc has the start button greyed out

I am trying to make a back up and for some reason xbc has the start button greyed out so I can't do anything I have made plenty of back ups before without any trouble.

Erm... Surely that's the controller if I'm reading correctly. What do you want us to do, buy you a new one?

I had the same problem when i was using fat 32. Once I bought a new harddrive and now use ntfs, everything is visable.

uninstall xbc.then reinstall you could try a different game also.
something has changed in you computer for that to happen.that is if you have been doing backup for sometime and not it just stopped working.
