What LED's are lit, both on the chip itself (there are 2) and on the front panel.

Sounds to me like the DIP switches arent in the correct position, check they're all off to start, try it then post again.

Jackdbum - I asked him already !! hehe  and he didnt tell me ....

All the switches need to be to the left - this should work in most case.
RE-CHECK you D0 connection as this sounds like the problem - and then write out 100 times ....

use the search function and do some reading !!!!!!

you will have to take it apart (your xbox i mean) to see the blue lights on the chip because they are on the other side to the vent, if this makes sense.

Chickasha, OK
I had the same problem as you did. Try this and see if it works:

push down gently on the xapt3r on the end opposite of the screw and then turn the power on (while still pushing the end down). If it was like my install it should not frag.

If this is the case, then get some foam and put it on the x3 chip so when you put dvd back in it compresses down and pushes the end of the xapt3r down. I've had no problems since then.

There is another post about this problem on this forum titled "XAPT3R won't stay down"

Good luck!

Captain America: Super Soldier taking aim at July release date

With the Captain America film hitting theaters on July 22, it makes a lot of sense that the game will arrive around the same time -- July 19, actually, as revealed this morning by Sega. Alongside the new release date, Sega handed over several new screens of the Captain in action on Xbox 360/PlayStation 3, Nintendo DS, and Wii.

There's also the totally sweet shot of Cap hanging out in an airplane -- straight chillin' -- as seen above. You just know that any second he's gonna totally flip out. Aaaaany second now
