Ok ok ok, i know im a noobie, but here goes.
I installed my X3 about a two weeks ago, did everything right, except it frags on boot (but will still boot normal when i hold power button down).
I then went back over all my soldering, tried again, no luck again. The i thought, flash the bios. Go to do that, and at about 50%, the bios flashing freezes, and doesnt contine. Just to make sure it wasnt the soldering, i borrowed my mtes X3, dropped it in, worked first time, no fragging.
I'm thinking my chip is faulty, is there anything else i can try?
Also, i've emailed xecuter.com.au several times about getting their reply address so i can send it back, and i'm yet to get a reply, which is just sh*t, co if it is faulty, i only have another 8 dys left on the 30 day warrenty.
