how do i turn off the IGR in the bios of the mod chip???

How is anyone going to be able to help you if you don't specify any details? What modchip and bios are you using??

Most likely, you'll use XBTool or EvTool. This'll depend on the BIOS you have - EvoX BIOS are edited in EvTool, Xecuter BIOS are edited in XBTool.

if u use avalaunch as ur dash u can turn off igr in the dash settings.
