you dont need bin and its not stuck in rcm, it boots to bootloader. In bootloader, you have to backup your nand in options then move your nand backup to the pc. back in option on bootloader, create emunand. Then press boot cfw. The bootloader will request to activate your license and creates a dat file in sd card. get that dat file to your pc and go to sx.xecuter.com and activate your os by pressing activate sx os on the right upper corner. Select your license.request.dat file and it will automatically download the license.dat file. put that new file to sd card and power on your nintendo and it will automatically boot to cfw.
