I had my xbox chipped with the Xecutor 2.* i think and fitted with an 80gb hard drive.

However the hard drive has seriously failed and the guy who set it up for me has disappeared.

Would somebody please be able to give me a step by step guide as to how i can do it myself, I have bought a new 120gb hard drive.

I have never used ftp or linked it up to my pc etc.

Please please help.

Download a copy of Slayer's Auto Installer. Put your hard drive's jumper to cable select. Plug it in. Burn Slayer's, and then boot with that in the drive. There should be a menu that allows you to prepare a drive and install dashboards.

Sorry for sounding thick, but do you mean install the HD in the xbox or my pc??

i don't think there is a link on there but instead i think they have a torrent file for the download
i'm not sure of a specific link either as i've never actually used slayers before

I'm with MK. I have never used Slayer's before, so I couldn't tell you where to get it from.

Yeah, I meant install it in your Xbox.
