help!!!

Ok im an utter noob to modding but im sure this isnt ment 2 happen!
My modchip (Xecuter 2.6) when turned on causes my xbox to turn on and off 3 times then FRAG and ive sent it 2 be checked with my box and they say it works yet it obviously does'nt can someone please help???

What version is the box? How was the chip installed? What happens with the chip off?

Ok, so you've sent the Xbox to be checked. And, 'they' say it works fine, along with your chip. I'm assumin you refer to the people who supplied your chip?

Anyway, if 'they' are correct, your chip isn't installed correctly. Nothing to do with 'they'.
