i Just installed the Xecuter 3ce Solderless Mod Chip it works but i can't flash it. I have it connected to my computer and i used the 3.0.1 flash bio download on team xecuter.com. when the flash is done it turns off, then when i turn it back on its back to the same screen i started in before. what do i do? any suggestions? i have the switches on on off off off
