i just installed my bios and when i restarted my xbox, i dont see video and the power led flashes red and green!

what version is your box?
if its 1.6/1.6b then you've flashed a bios that is not compatible with your box
also that particular bios is old, you should get the latest X2 5035 bios from xbins and flash the appropriate version to your chip in accordance with your box version
vOld - v1.0-1.5

When you say you don't see video, Do you mean that the screen stays black or does a page with green text come up? If the green text comes up it normally has a number on the top left corner of the screen e.g 05, 13, 07. this is the error you have on you're box 'Error 05' 'Error 13' and so on.
To find which error you have, go into google (or whatever search engine you are using) and type "Xbox error numbers" (without quotes). at the top of the page should be a site which explains everything.

After I flash my BIOS, I got FRAG... I think I have flash a wrong BIOS into it.
How could I re-flash my BIOS to correct one?

it's a solder point or if its solderless then its the install.red and green means you need to check your solder points. alos make sure your not using your hd compoint cable after an install use factory ac cables. this helps black screen problems no viedo. or you have installed the wrong bios or put them in the wrong bios bin.

just get flashbios on the bank you should have not flashed the bank you got fashbios on then changed banks to the one you flashed if you done the flash right

so you flash the chip with out changing bank switch frist now you do not have flashbios try the other bank if not working then yes programmer

By the way, I flash the Evox Bios, is this wrong image file to flash to? Or I have to flash the "X2.5032+FlashBiosv303-v16.bin" at first and then install other dashboard?
flashbios is a tool to flash the chip with you should not need to flash it to your chip your chip should have it allready when you installed the chip you should see flashbios screen ever on bank 1 or bank2
if you find it on bank 1 change switch to bank 2 before you flash the chip so you don,t flash over flashbios the same if it,s on bank 2 change to bank 1

what bank is flashbios on if it on bank 1 then flash bank2
if its on bank 2 flash bank 1
you have a v1.6 xbox so flash x2 5035 v16 plus to chip
