i flashed my xbox using Flash http way and the xbox trun off i truned it bak on and it turns on then off then bak on the the ring starts to flash can sum1 help me out i used the X3_1959 bio

What version XBox do you have? Also, get the latest of the X3 bios, 1959 is quite old.

can you get into the backups bios at all? If you are able to get into to the backup bios flash it with x3 3294v16plus.But what bank did you flash it on.

i fashed it on bank 2 i think it was lite up and when hit the eject buttonb and power nothing comes up

I think you used wrong bios. You used x3 1959 instead of x3 1959v16plus. Can you get anything to boot in your dvd drive?

Well if you flashed your chip with the wrong bios there is not much you can do. You could either get a new chip or put your chip in a v1.0-v1.5 xbox so that you can erase it.

dam could i install softmod and get the ip and use it to ftp the xbox and delete the bio

No I think you need the x3 eeprom erase tool from a boot disc like AID or something else.

No. First of all, we need to know if you have a 1.6 or 1.6b. You can check this here http://www.xbox-scene.com/versions_1.php

If it's a 1.6, then your back-up should work. Keep trying, it can be fiddly. Keep the power and eject held in till you get the Flashbios screen. Then reflash with a v1.6plus version of the X3 bios onto a 1MB bank.

If it's a 1.6b, then forget your back-up. Try booting to bank 5 or 6 or 7 or 8. If you're lucky, you might still have a version of Flashbios 3.03 still there. If so, set your switches to bank 1-4 and flash with v1.6plus. Once in X3CL, reflash your back-up with 3.03.

If it's a 1.6b and you don't flashbios 3.03 on the chip, then you need to find someone with a non 1.6b xbox who can reflash your chip for you.
