ok i have a 360 drive that needs to be replaced i have a new cpu windows 8 64 bit and a new x360 usb pro i have my original firmware i need to know the step i need to do when seting this up on my pc? plus i already have a new dvd drive thats needs to be flashed

Last time I downloaded Jungleflasher the great detailed pdf was not included, the link on the JF site does not work, I found THIS link, not sure if its up to date, but if its not I can upload one for you.

The tutorial for JF is very detailed and reading it and following it can get that drive working for you.

Which Xbox 360 do you have? Slim or Phat?

What DVD drive does it have?

Once you get your DVDkey using the right equipment, JF should popup with a dialog asking if you wish you auto load LT+ firmware, it will load the right firmware automatically, just click yes.

Once you have done that, you can click liteon erase, confirm all the popup dialogs and then write the LT firmware, remember to click outro afterward, I like to click outro twice, but its not required.

I also like to click save Key on the FW tab too to have several files with info about my firmware.

Martin is right, this would be the third time you've been told to read the JF tutorial, it can help you much more than you think. I gave you a link to it too...

The guy's not helping himself, that's the problem. The JF guide is one of the best compiled documents for a process which is insanely easy (compared to others).

He could, for example, post the JF log to show where he's getting the error. THEN you might have half a chance of helping him.

Please be my guest to help him via PM if you feel the want/need, but everything he needs to know has already been supplied.

Guy, just read the pdf.
Also there's tons, of answers, guides, etc. on the forums here, JF, and Google.
