GENERAL High Def with LT+ 2.0

I just upgraded to 2.0 and it appears my High Def no longer works. Is this possible or do I have another problem? Unfortunately I can't tell if it worked before because a friend was using it and they can't remember if the High Def worked before the upgrade. It's a Benq drive.

CUSTOM FIRMWARE has nothing to do with Hi Def

just goto you console settings and change back to 1080p

Don't Blame The (C4Eva's)FW ,They Nothing To Do With Ur High Definition .Check ur System Settings>Video Setting & Set It To Maximum What Available ! If it Doesn't Work Then Check Ur Console But Don't Blame the (C)FW !

Don't get me wrong. I wasn't blaming the firmware. I'm new to the XBox and I was just asking the question. From the answers I'm getting the FW had nothing to do with it. For all I know it never worked. Like I said a friend had it.

I have another XBox which is at LT+ 1.9 which works fine with the same cables and TV. If it wasn't the 2.0 update, which it appears it wasn't, then it must be the box. I wanted to be sure before I upgraded the working one to 2.0

ok the only reason i was asking was because a mate of mine had his plugged in and the switch set to tv instead of hd. mind you he originally had it plugged in through scart and was wondering why the picture was crap

but no as the guys said above the fw on the dvd drive has nothing to do with your resolution
